The United Nations at 75

On October 24th, 1945, the United Nations was born with the final ratification of its charter. To honor its 75th Anniversary, we will hold a celebratory dinner and guest speaker.

Schedule of Events:

6:30 PM – A “Virtual Banquet” and International Entertainment – Perhaps you might order your meal from a local restaurant needing support in these times –as you enjoy Indian Classical Dance and a Mariachi Performance 

7 PM – Celebrate 75 Years of UN Achievements – A presentation by students at The Claremont Colleges & Claremont High School

7:30 PM – “Global Pandemics – and Rapid-Response Vaccines”Keynote Speaker:  Dr. Larry Grill Director, Vaccine Research Center and Dean of Research, Henry E. Riggs, School of Applied Life Science, Keck Graduate Institute
